Shafaq News/A car bomb exploded at noon near al-Qamishli market in Syria.

There were no casualties from the car bomb blast.

The incident follows an agreement between Turkey and the United States on one hand, Turkey and Russia on the other hand provides the departure of Kurdish forces from areas in northeastern Syria, especially border areas.
