Shafaq News / The head of Kurdistan Democratic Party (KDP) bloc in the Parliament of Kurdistan Region, Omed Khushnaw criticized on Wednesday websites and social media pages that published a picture of him while he was standing in front of a banquet containing various items of food.

Khushnaw explained that this photo was taken while attending a banquet prepared by one of the well-known social figures in Sulaimaniyah in honor of the KDP bloc.

He added that a group of pages and social networking sites obtained the image of the banquet as if it had stolen honey from the hollow of a tree without thinking that there are hundreds of families known for preparing banquets in Kurdistan.

The image sparked widespread controversy on social networking sites in Kurdistan Region.
