Shafaq News/ The Speaker of Kurdistan Parliament, Rewaz Faeq sent on Wednesday a letter of reproach to the Speaker of the Iraqi Parliament for not involving universities, judicial bodies and civil organizations within the Committee of Constitutional Amendments.

Faeq told reporters today, "We reproach the speaker of the parliament, who sent invitations to universities, judicial bodies, trade unions and civil society organizations in Iraq to contribute to the amendment of the Constitution, while no invitation was sent to any official or unofficial party in Kurdistan region to participate in this matter. "
