"By relying on the provision of the third paragraph of Article 18 of the internal system of Kurdistan Parliament, we call all members of Kurdistan Parliament to attend the regular session number 9 of the first year of the fifth electoral session at exactly 11a.m. of next Tuesday 10/12/2019 ".
