Shafaq News / The Ministry of Agriculture of Kurdistan Regional Government announced on Saturday, preventive measures to prevent the arrival of Corona virus to Kurdistan Region.

The media of Kurdistan Patriotic Union quoted Hussein Hama Karim ,the spokesman of the Ministry of Agriculture, as saying that the Ministry of Agriculture, through the veterinary directorates in Kurdistan Region, had taken measures to prevent the import of all kinds of animals, birds and fish from all countries where Corona virus appeared.

He added that there are other preventive measures such as spraying pesticides in poultry fields and animal cultivation fields as a preventive measure to prevent the emergence of any virus.

He pointed out that these measures entered into force and are preventive and prevent the entry of Coruna virus into Kurdistan Region, especially after its appearance in neighboring countries.
