Shafaq News / The Ministry of Health of Kurdistan Region denied on Wednesday selling medical materials sent by the People's Republic of China to the region.

The ministry said in a statement today that after the publication of news alleging the sale of medical masks sent by China, the matter was investigated and it was found that no piece of these masks was found inside the markets in the region.

In turn, the Chinese Consulate General in Kurdistan Region denied such "misleading news”.

Some social media have circulated reports that the regional Ministry of Health in agreement with the Chinese consulate, sold the masks sent by   China sent to Kurdistan.
