Shafaq News / The local government in Dohuk Governorate announced on Saturday that cafes and cafeterias will be allowed to reopen but according to the procedures and instructions issued by the Ministry of Health in Kurdistan Region.
"We reaffirm the citizens to take caution, follow precautionary measures and instructions and commit to wearing gloves and masks,” Deputy Governor of Duhok Governor, Majid Syed Saleh, said in a press conference held today.
“Dohuk curfew is from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. with the exception of a number of areas previously mentioned."
Syed Saleh added, "With the approach of Eid Al Fitr, many people are coming to markets and shops, and we have provided the necessary facilities for them to restore commercial activity in the province.
He noted to allow opening cafes and cafeterias while maintaining the ban on shisha, and playing popular games of domino and table while reducing the number of chairs for large places in those places.
Kurdistan Region has banned going to cafes and cafeterias in addition to e banning shisha with the outbreak of Corona virus.
