Shafaq News/ On the sidelines of his participation in the meetings of the Main Group of the Munich Security Conference in Doha, Nechirvan Barzani, President of Kurdistan Region, held a meeting with the Qatari Prime Minister, Abdullah bin Nasser bin ,Khalifa Al Thani.

A statement issued by the presidency of the region said that he discussed during the meeting the latest developments in the situation in the region.

This took place during the first day of the Main Group of Munich Conference meeting in Doha, Qatar, before noon Tuesday.

Barzani discussed with Al-Thani also the relations between Erbil and Baghdad, Qatar's relations with Iraq and Kurdistan Region, Qatari employment and investment opportunities in Kurdistan Region, and a number of issues of mutual interest.
