on what it called the six protesting provinces to determine the priorities through negotiation with the National Alliance candidate in the formation of the new government .

It added that this referendum purpose is to agree on the masses’ priorities agenda to be a part of the agenda for negotiating a coalition with the National Alliance candidate for the presidency of the Council of Ministers in the formation of the next government .

The head of Al-Hal mass , Jamal al-Karbouli said in a statement received by " Shafaq News " , that “National Forces Union Coalition ( Union ) is currently working on a study of the mechanism to hold a referendum in six protesting provinces”.
