Tayfur said in a statement reported for " Shafaq News " , that this system is a natural right of the Kurdish people , who have suffered for decades from totalitarian of previous regimes since the founding of the Iraqi state , stressing that after 2003 nothing changed and problems remained unsolved between Baghdad and Erbil .
