Maliki accused ( unnamed) parties of o trying to delay the budget and thwart the government for electoral purposes .

He pointed out that " all the enacted laws have been effected , including the Unified Retirement Law that has been passed recently and which did justice to this part of the community ," adding that " this law will not be implemented unless the budget would be recognized ."

Al-Maliki, wondered that "the privileges of officials are over so how did the parliament returned and placed it in the Unified Retirement Law through the paragraph and caused this crisis ? " , Calling for the need to denounce this paragraph and to speed up the approval of the budget .
