“The elections results are still being counted ,I hope the winning blocs that goes into the new parliament, to have the responsibility to represent all the Iraqi people away from sectarian , partisan and national aspects and away from the picture made by the current parliament in the search for personal benefits and reconciliation and obstructing laws operations ” Maliki said in his weekly televised speech , followed by "Shafaq News”.

"I hope the presidency of the parliament to be changed other than this failed presidency and I hope it to be deleted from our memory ."
