Press reports have pointed to the existence of judicial warrants with about 20 MPs of the Iraqi parliament from various political blocs on charges related to supporting terrorism or corruption , while judicial sources said that there is a high possibility to prevent them from traveling or from nominating themselves in the upcoming parliamentary session .
Sadoun told “Shafaq News " , that all members of Kurdistan Alliance and various Kurdish political forces do not have any legal problem with the judiciary and there is no judicial complaintagainst them.
He added that the proper legal position of his mass MPs means that they cannot be prevented from travelling or prosecuted on charges related to supporting terrorism or corruption of files , or even prevent them from running for a parliamentary session if they wanted to run .
