According to " Shafaq News " tour among the Jordanian press this morning , Ammon newspaper said that " the King confirmed during a meeting with President of Kurdistan , Massoud Barzani took place in al- Husseiniya palace on the strength of the fraternal relations that combine Jordan and Iraq in various fields and support the Kingdom 's efforts aimed to enhance the security and stability of Iraq and national reconciliation among all components of the Iraqi people . "

While Batra Jordanian news agency quoted " Barzani’s praise to the supportive positions of Jordan in support of the Iraqi people in different circumstances, stressing keenness on enhancing cooperation relations with the Kingdom and improve them in various fields, in order to serve the common interests of both sides ."

It showed that Barzani " expressed appreciation for the efforts connected to His Majesty the King , who represents the voice of reason and moderation and peace , in dealing with the various challenges facing the region and the consolidation of security and stability ," stressing that " the King and the Jordanian people have a special place in the hearts of all Iraqis”.

Al-Rai newspaper wrote in an editorial entitled " Raina " that " His Majesty King Abdullah II stressed during his meeting with President of Kurdistan Region, Massoud Barzani who began an official visit to the Kingdom yesterday , Jordan’s support and willingness to move forward in strengthening the brotherly and distinguished relations between Amman and Baghdad and all that contributes to promote it in various fields and levels, to serve the interests of both countries and peoples .

Barzani arrived in the Jordanian capital, Amman , on Monday in a several days visit, at the head of a delegation comprising of Masrour Barzani , adviser of the security council of Kurdistan Region , Karim Sinjari, Interior Minister in the regional government , Fuad Hussein, President of the Presidency office and Falah Mustafa, head of foreign relations in the region’s government.

The meeting, which took place yesterday between Barzani and King Abdullah Palace Husseiniya was attended by His Royal Highness Prince Faisal Bin Al Hussein , the director of the Office of His the King’s Majesty, the Minister of Foreign and Emigrants Affairs, King's Advisor Council and decision maker of national policy council as well as the delegation accompanying the President of Kurdistan Region.
