It is scheduled for Kurdish delegation to discuss with Prime Minister , Nuri al-Maliki and his deputy, Hussein al-Shahristani the files of the visit, but the both of Maliki and Shahristani were not in Baghdad .

Maliki has headed to Dhi -Qar , while Shahristani is in TuzKhurmato district.

It is unknown so far the start of the meetings of the Kurdish delegation who is in Baghdad with Maliki and Shahristani concerned to discuss the outstanding issues .

The issue of the extraction , production and export of oil from Kurdistan Region to Turkey is considered by agreements between the two sides of the main points of disagreement between Erbil and Baghdad , where Erbil insists on the constitutionality of the procedures carried out by it while Baghdad reject oil export without its consent and deposit amounts at SOMO Company .

The Iraqi government has threatened yesterday to punish all of the region and Turkey if continued its operations in the export of oil .
