“The bloc called to held a meeting of the National Alliance to discuss Maliki's speech and the presence of a gap among the political partners , so we are waiting for the return of some of the leaders of the Alliance for the meeting,” the spokesman for the bloc , Jawad al-Jubouri told “Shafaq News”.

Maliki had attacked in his last speech , the parliament and the considered it as a illegitimate institution and accused its head, Osama al-Nujaifi of leading a conspiracy against the government .

Maliki has intensified recently from his attack on the parliament after the latter was unable to proceed the actions of the enactment of the federal budget .
