has signed a joint memorandum of understanding with London for cooperation and coordination between the governments of the two sides.

The spokesman of KRG and a member of KRG delegation to Britain , Safeen Dazia said in a statement for " Shafaq News " , that “ after the end of KRG   delegation of the public meetings it has been divided into three groups and each group held meetings with their counterparts ,adding that some British ministers did not attend the meeting due to their obligations and their activities in the European countries , stressing that they finish their tasks , they will visit Kurdistan Region .

Dazia also announced that it was decided to form a joint committee to follow up the points addressed by KRG delegation during its meetings with senior British officials , in particular signing of a memorandum of understanding in order to cooperate and coordinate between Kurdistan Regional Government and the British government .

With regard to the functions and duties of the Joint Committee , Dazia said that this committee will follow us at the highest level , indicating that it will provide a range of ideas and proposals on what could be provided by the British government , and the willingness of KRG to receive these ideas and proposals .

The head of KRG , Nechirvan Barzani has visited London , last Sunday , at the head of a high level delegation at the official invitation of the British government .

The delegation included the Minister of Natural Resources , Ashti Hawrami, Minister of Planning , Ali Sindi , official Department of Coordination and Follow-up in the Council of Ministers , Qobad Talabani , government spokesman , Safeen Dazia , official Department of Foreign Relations of the government and a number of advisors .
